From start to finish, my experience was excellent. Jessica was more than helpful in walking me through the entire process, answering all of my questions, and making sure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. She truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Clay was extremely knowledgeable and stayed communicative throughout the entire repair process, which I really appreciated. He kept me updated and took the time to explain what was being done, which gave me a lot of confidence in the work being completed. I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. The customer service was outstanding, and my car looked absolutely amazing once the repair was finished. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and great service.

Second time bringing my car here , and I’m always amazed by their work. They work very fast, communicated during the process and made sure the car was clean inside & out !

I have had repairs completed on the same car twice with this company. On both occasions I have been completely satisfied with the work being done. My vehicle looks like it just came off the showroom floor. I hope I don’t need them again, but if ever I need work done on my car I will be returning to Classic Collision.

I did an estimate online which was quoted at $369. I know those estimates are not always accurate, but it was my only option that fit my schedule at the time. After further review of the pictures, someone called and quoted me another price about 4X more than the original quote. $1400+. The newly quoted price was outrageous but really wasn’t my sole reasoning for giving 1 star. My rating is because I spoke with an employee and she asked me did I just want to cancel the appointment and think about it and call them back to reschedule because the price was much higher than originally quoted. I told her no, I would keep the appointment and call them back if I end up needing to cancel later. We were both in agreement that I’d be calling her back with an answer. Not even 10 minutes after hanging

My experience with Classic Collision was extremely disappointing from start to finish. My vehicle was in their care for over a month, well past the promised completion date, and no one reached out to inform me of any delays or provide updates. When I finally picked up my car, it was infested with ants, an issue that did not exist before the repair. Instead of taking accountability, the staff and management denied any responsibility. The regional manager, Daniel Standridge, even sent an unprofessional email stating that providing a rental car was merely a “courtesy,” which came across as dismissive and disrespectful. Overall, the lack of communication, responsibility, and customer care made this a very frustrating and upsetting experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
