Classic Collision

The deadline to fix my car was not met! I understand that issues may arise, but a 30-day timeline needed to be met. The 19-day delay resulted in me paying over $500 for the rental car. Through conversation, I was informed that Classic Collision would help cover some of the rental car expenses. However, the three owners unanimously voted against assisting me. The owner's decision not to help cover some of the rental costs was not only disheartening but also unreasonable. Furthermore, an issue I explicitly stated when I dropped off the vehicle for repairs was that the back windows would get stuck when I attempted to roll them up or down. I also asked if they had resolved that matter when I picked up the vehicle. That issue was not fixed. I am now anxious as to how that issue will be rectifi

Classic Collision was great. They kept me informed of how repairs were progressing and did a great job. My car was cleaner when I picked it up then when Ileft it with them Thank you.

Poor service. Would not take any responsibility for car being two weeks longer than promised. Repair looks good. I will add Sgt Jason Jones with a white BMW that hit a deer. You had the car a week ago for three weeks. I think that is a very dirty action to act like you do not know a customer because if a bad review. I will never use you again.

Repair on 98 Toyota Tacoma was quicker than expected. Got picked up by rental car company. Repair looks good and after-repair detailing was an added bonus. Good communication as repair progressed.

This is how a business should be run. From my first encounter during a visual inspection to final delivery of the car there was nothing but professionalism and honesty. These are true craftsmen that take immense pride in their work and it shows in the deep luster of the paint. They kept me updated with progress every step of the way and made sure that the insurance company paid for all of the necessary items; absolutely no shortcuts. I cannot understate how truly impressed I am with the results. We're lucky to have a shop like this in our town. These fine people deserve your business.
