Dropped off per Geico insurance chosen repair shop due to a little fender bender and that was the other guys insurance. Was able to schedule online and for Saturday, which is my day off. Showed up early to the appointment and met with Richie. He explained the whole process stating that my car would be pulled in on Monday and looked at it and at that time they would send a quote into geico and order the parts. Repair estimate time would be that following Friday, which was totally fine. Was notified the entire time via an online time estimate. Was contacted quickly by Samantha, informing me that my car was already finished and ready for pick up on Wednesday . Requested them to hold my car for an additional two days that following Friday for pick up due to my day off and they were super nice

3 day promised. Actual 2 was 2wk. Good Hood repaint from veteran painter.Told salesman,"DO NOT WASH TRUCK". $3K CERAMIC BLACK. THEY WASHED LEAVING SWIRL ALL OVER VEHICLE. Pic included. Was told (1) just rinced +chamoised(2) washed+chamoised(3) waterless car wash. All horrible choices on any vehicle, let alone a black finish. They basically pushed dust and dirt over clear as well as black plastic trim. Ruined. Manager very irate. Was told black shows scratches and my $1,200/month truck wasn't a show car. While yelling, I believe a form of intimidation, he stated his decades as a painter and that should negate my claims. Even as I told him I and my detailer were the only persons who ever has washed the truck. Looks terrible. Oh by the way, since it was there so long ,Onstar called with "low

Classic collision did an excellent job. They always kept me informed on the status of my vehicle and got it done faster than I expected. My car was given to me nice and clean and their work was excellent. They really put time into the small details. Looking at the finished work, I would never be able to tell it was in an accident. I would recommend their service to anyone needing auto repairs.

Terrible experience. Took way to long to complete repairs, and when I got vehicle back the paint and work was terrible. Masking marks on the body panels, previous color from used part showing through. Plus all the badging from the trunk lid where missing, not installed. Insurance paid for them, but they never installed them.

Classic Collision was listed as a "Select Service" repair shop by my insurance company, so after reading the wealth of very positive reviews, I chose the Melbourne Lookout Terrace location. I am very glad I did as the work they performed on my wife's pristine Audi Q5 was outstanding. Samantha, the customer service rep, was very amiable and served as a great initial contact with the business. Melissa served as my service advisor and she is simply incredible. She is highly professional and speaks with great confidence in the shop's abilities to properly repair damages. She was not brash or cocky, she just calmly spoke with confidence, and that sold me. I was kept informed of my vehicle's status and the car was returned when promised. I cannot tell that there was ever any damage to the bumper
