I had a really great experience with this shop. My Kia K4 was repaired after an accident, and from start to finish they were very professional and communicative. They explained every step of the process, kept me updated, and even finished the repair in about one week, when they initially told me it could take up to two weeks. After picking up the car, I noticed a very small detail related to a sensor, so I called them and they told me to come in the same day. They took care of it in less than 15 minutes and were incredibly kind and attentive. I really appreciated how responsive and willing they were to make sure everything was perfect. Body shop showed a lack of organization, professionalism and honesty. Completion dates were changed multiple times and my car was in the shop from an initial time period of 3 to 4 days to over 45 days. Insurance rental period (31 days) Ended and yet no solution was provided by body shop or answers in regards to expedited Completion date. I would have to constantly call for updates and was given attitude and short answers from staff named Monica. I would Not recommend this location for any collision repair work.

I went to pick up my car after being told the repairs were completed. I noticed there was still damage. I was told it would take at least one more day to fix if I did not accept the car. After I explained I had no rental car and could not return, the damage was fixed within 10 minutes. This raises concerns about the quality control and inspection process.
