I really wanted to leave this place with a better review. I was hoping they would set themselves apart and do quality work, but unfortunately that was not the case. I called multiple times to check the status of my vehicle and was given different answers by different people each time. When I finally got my truck back, the paint job was absolutely horrific—one of the roughest finishes I’ve ever seen. After contacting them about the issue, they took my truck back and said they would buff it. There was no communication afterward. It was already nighttime when the work was supposedly finished, and no one even called me. I had to drive back up there myself just to find someone and get my truck released. To be clear this is my second time using them and my first experience was good but about 7-8 years ago. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and try hard to always make you feel like you are being heard from the ladies at the front desk to the estimators to the ownership. Very frustrating experience. Large work loads and communication between us and the insurance were the main issues. Originally I had discussed needing the car back for a trip and if that was a doable thing or if we needed to schedule after the trip. They ended up a couple days before I had to have the car back returning my calls. I was left with no local rental that could fit my family and had to get my damaged car back. Told us 6 weeks kept it 3 months. No communication at all. Absolutely terrible work. Scratches like crazy on new paint. Over spray everywhere. Orange peel everywhere. Panel bond or epoxy on the wheels. Missed like 5-7 every obvious dents. Rubbing compound everywhere. Told us it was inspected and ready to pick up. I tried to show the owner a blend line at the body line on the rear quarter. You can see the factory paint and the bodyshop paint and feel the line but he didn't want to acknowledge it and talked to me like I was dumb. told me "i was just looking at it from different angels" and the hole quater was replaced and painted hole so that would be impossible. He offered to fix what i seen but it should not have been let out like that and after 3 months my wife said enough was enough. I

One of the worst experience I’ve ever had at a shop first they said it was going to be 3 days then they said 7 then after that on the 10th day, I got a text message saying my truck was Almost completed I called them to make sure come to find out. They just started on the 10th day. Don’t bother trying to find an ETA on your vehicle. They will say that it is in processing. They can’t even ballpark a day when They think it’ll be done they don’t take an account that you have work they kept my truck for 30 days before I got it back when they told me it was only gonna take 3 to 7 at the beginning not only that just look at the pictures when I got it back if I could rate this place lower than one star I would

Logan was great to work with. He made sure I was kept up to date with my vehicle and all the work needing to be done with and to it. They got my car parts in very quickly, got it into the shop, fixed, and back to me within 2 weeks. I’m very pleased and will be using them moving forward for any and all of my vehicles if and when in the west texas area. I do and will refer this body shop to any and everyone :)
