Classic Collision's staff greets you with a warm and friendly smile when you walk through their door. They're all courteous, respectful, and, professional. They communicate via email, text, and phone so you never have to guess what's going on with the repairs or if it's a total loss of the vehicle. (see pic) Communication is a huge thing for me. It makes my life easier when I don't have to chase people down to find out information. Thanks again to all who helped me there during that difficult time. Much appreciated.

I had Classic Collision to repair a blemished hood on my car. I was not only amazed at how timely the work was done, but when I returned to get it, it looked like they had installed a brand new hood----an indication of genuine professionalism. The two ladies in the front office, and the manager possess phenomenal customer service/communication skills. I highly recommend this establishment!!

My car wad towed here after I was involved with a hit and run accident. The staff here were very friendly and accommodating to assess my car's condition with my insurance company. Since my car was declared a total loss they informed me they couldn't make repairs because it couldn't be guaranteed. So I cleaned out my car and since the insurance company would take it. Although I wasn't able to use their repair service I felt I would next if able. I was very impressed with the professionalism there.

Even though our van was totalled due to frame damage, the office staff was very professional and compassionate. You could tell their in the business for customer care and more rather than just the money. Thanks for everything yall did classic collision to help us with our claim.

Trash. I took my car there because my insurance company recommended them. My hood is too small and my front bumper looks like it will fall at any time. I took it back 3 times to be repaired. They even messed with things that didn’t need repair like my head rest and the hood holder they also used my funnel for what I don’t know. Never again.
