This was probably the best experience I have ever had with a repair shop. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and my car was ready when they said it would be. The limited payment options is a little inconvenient but certainly understandable. I highly recommend them.

I felt welcomed from the time I came through the door even though I was an add on. Ms. Laura was a true mother hen over me, in that she saw I was stressed and anxious, and her nonverbal and verbal body language let me know my repair would not be half way done, but be done right and was totally honest about what to expect, she also listened without interruption. When I picked up my vehicle she and I looked at my vehicle together.
