Classic Collision

My experience with them was quite good. Shout out to Laura Velez who coordinated all the details for me. They fixed my car, did what they needed to do with the insurance and got me ready to go.

So many things. I got there for my appointment at 8 and was calling them for over ten minutes before they finally arrived at 8:12. I just got the car back, and the alignment is completely off. I have to have the steering wheel rotated about 30 degrees to drive straight. It also vibrates like crazy under 20 mph. I only used this shop because it was the closest insurance would cover, but for anyone else in that position, it's worth driving at least another 20-30 minutes out to a different shop.

Laura was fantastic. She kept me updated and was extremely helpful. The work was great, the car was ready a few days early. Great experience I highly recommend this shop to anyone that needs repair work after an accident.

Following some damage to my car, Progressive sent me to Classic Collision in Norcross. Dropped off Monday, got it back Thursday. After replacing one of the headlights they buffed the other to look new too and they left my car looking better than before the damage happened.

I had a front end collision with a Ford F150 on 12/30. My insurance company recommended Classic Collision for repairs. After just a little over 3 weeks my car was repaired beautifully including a well matched paint touch up. I was always kept up to date with an automated text program. I believe great care was taken of my car and after having it back a few weeks now it was time to share a positive experience. Thank you!
