Classic Collision

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Classic Collision East, and overall, the experience was smooth and professional. From the moment I dropped off my car, Jennifer was courteous and transparent about the process. She provided a clear estimate, worked efficiently with the insurance, and kept me updated throughout the repair timeline. The quality of work was impressive—my Bronco looked like new when I picked it up. The paint matched perfectly, and there was no indication that it had been in an accident. They clearly take pride in their craftsmanship. Ander was great help even after I took it back to have my hitch adjusted. The turnaround time was reasonable, and they delivered the vehicle in a timely fashion. I do not wish to see a body shop again, but, if I do, I am calling Jennifer! Gr

Awesome experience once again! Thanks again for taking exceptional care of my 2006 Saleen! I had a few scratches on the bumper and the trunk wing was misaligned, had a total of 14 rock chips (3 passenger rear quarter, 3 drivers side front wheel well , 3 passenger side wheel well, 5 in and around the hood. Finally, had the old Saleen windshield banner removed and a new one installed. Looks amazing, thanks again Team!!!

Update: It took 2 weeks for the repairs to be completed which was the time frame given to us so that was perfect. Our vehicle looks really good and you can't even tell we were rear ended. Even the paint job is spot on. In the 2 weeks they had our car, they kept in touch, updating us every few days to let us know everything was on track which we extremely appreciated. Overall we are happy with the repairs and in the event this should happen again, I HOPE NOT (lol), but if it did, we would choose Bo's again. Anyone that has gotten into a car accident knows how extremely inconvenient it is. We just dropped our car off for repairs, but we've been in contact with Lori since last week, and she has been so patient and helpful during this process. Her customer service alone deserves 5 stars.

Progressive Insurance highly recommended this company for repairs. They guarantee their work forever. We were very impressed with the entire process, communication, repairs made, and cleanliness of vehicle when we picked it up. Work was completed earlier than estimated. Staff was friendly and professional. Highly recommend! Can't comment on pricing as we only were billed for deductible, however, Progressive Insurance recommends and pays their estimated charges.

I had a great experience, very nice team. Great communications during the whole process. The vehicle was completed and looked great at time promised. I would definitely recommend them if you have the need for an auto repair shop.
