Classic Collision

Horrible experience with San Antonio Tx (Fredericksburg Rd) Warning of deceptive trade practices and repair processes Use extreme caution when using this company’s service They repaired my trucks frame and tried to return it to me with these welds. I denied and ultimately received a full frame replacement The extra 50 days in the shop due to the extra work required Almost 180 days total!!! Tried to force me to sign a ‘non disclosure’. I refused. I DO NOT recommend doing business with this company

I had an outstanding experience with Classic Collision! From start to finish, their team was professional, transparent, and incredibly easy to work with. They kept me updated throughout the entire repair process and made everything seamless, especially when coordinating with insurance. The quality of the work was top-notch — the vehicle repairs look great, and the attention to detail truly shows. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was satisfied. If you’re looking for reliable service, excellent communication, and high-quality repairs, I highly recommend Classic Collision. They exceeded my expectations!

Classic Collison was amazing! They had my car completed early with very efficient work. The color match was incredible and the staff is so so so friendly. The manager helped work with me to get my car even with my difficult work schedule. So grateful.

We had a great experience with Classic Collision in Sandy Springs in Roswell road. Mike L was pragmatic, straightforward and maintained great communication throughout the process. Our GLE came back looking just like it did before the incident - a perfect outcome. We were very satisfied with the price and turn around time. Would definitely recommend this location for body work needs.

Brought my 2023 Mercedes Sl 43 AMG in to get an estimate to fix a minor ding that was noticeable enough to want it fixed. It was explained “to do it perfect” would be about $1000. After swallows hard I asked if they could just touch it up. Well Taylor did her magic and an hour later delivered the car with the ding gone. Not only that but she fixed two other minor spots I never noticed. What great customer service! Before and after pics below.
