Classic Collision

I brought my 2004 Mustang here and these guys were EXCELLENT. I had my front bumper torn off and these guys expertly replaced it. My car was in ROUGH shape and these guys returned her in SUPERB condition. I cannot recommend this place more! For a minimal fee they even repainted and replaced my driver pillar trim! Thanks for everything! Glad to have my wife back looking beautiful!

I got sideswiped by another vehicle and unfortunately had to take my car in for repairs. Fortunately, I chose Classic Collision to do the repairs under the other driver's insurance, and they exceeded my expectations. They took care of all the billing logistics, were highly communicative throughout the process, and did an amazing job at repairing my vehicle. 10/10 would recommend. Was told on a Monday that car would be ready for pick up on Tuesday at 3:30. Also told that they would call if any delays. Show up at 5 on Tuesday with family in tow after leaving work early. Car not ready. No calls or messages. Had to arrange to leave work early again the next day to pick up. Also some minor blemishes that the original person assessed that they repaired were not fixed and the person was no longer with the company when I showed up to get the car. Overall seems I was caught in a messy internal situation but too bad it spilled over onto customers. They did do a nice job of cleaning the vehicle.

body and paint work was great but they did not get the tail light assembly aligned. gave it back to me with a full 1/2 inch gap around the trim.
