From the moment we walked into the office, we felt confident we could trust Classic Collision. The facility was spotless and extremely well maintained. Manny and the entire staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. The work was completed much faster than expected, and when we picked up the car, it looked as if it had never been in an accident. An absolutely excellent job—highly recommend Classic Collision!

This is my third vehicle that Classic Collision St. Cloud has repaired for me and every single time the service has been absolutely top notch. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction always stand out. Manny has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. This time I wasn’t feeling well and couldn’t pick up my car and they went the extra mile to drop it off for me. That is true customer care. 10 months ago I had a very bad experience with another location and my car wasn’t fixed. HOWEVER Andre went over and beyond to make sure that I would 1. Never have to experience that again and 2. Have my car fixed perfectly. Andre and his team- Haley, Angel and Robert worked hard and came together to not only make sure that my car was fixed correctly but to go over and beyond for me. They were extremely kind, very good at keeping communication with me at all times, and made sure everything I needed was fully taken care of. Andre and Angel came personally over an hour away to get my car, look at it and bring it back and fourth to the facility to my house. They even went further and fixed another huge damage on my car out of the kindness of their hearts. I am beyond grateful for these people

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a shop. I would avoid this place like the plague. You are better off going to another shop even if your insurance company tries to send you to them. Please I’m telling you do not go here. They don’t check their work. I swear there’s two blind guys working on your vehicle when you drop it off. Super unimpressed. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a shop, I hope I never experience anything like this ever again.
