Totally satisfied and then some! Great service, trustworthy, took care of our vehicle repairs in a timely manner! When they were done, they cleaned the car outside AND inside, which we didn't expect, a wonderful bonus when we picked up our car! This was a repair covered by someone else's insurance, and everything went completely smoothly, with transparency. We're definitely coming back here when needed for both cars.

No one wants to go to a body shop but if the situation arises please take my experience as a 5 star recommendation for Classic Collision in Thornton, Colorado. I was coming home from Boulder on a 2 lane street and a driver decided to make a quick U turn in the intersection I was approaching. He didn’t finish the turn and ran into the back passenger door of my car. Needless to say I was not happy. The young man took full responsibility and his insurance carrier, USAA connected me to Classic Collision. If you have time to wait go for it. My supposed to be less than 2 weeks job on my vehicle went to almost 2 months. They said it will be ready before the holiday but Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year already passed before i got it. They update every week but only to add another week, and another week, and another week to the finish date. Not a happy camper here esp paying car rentals just to have something to use while my car is in the shop.

I’ve never left a place so happy!. After my accident, they made it so easy for me to handover the rains and get my car fixed quickly! Alex was my technician and B is the Receptionist at the front! Both are very professional and lovely to work with. Not only was My car done quickly, It was done correctly ! I even got a small detail on the inside which was the cherry on top! So happy to have my car back and will forever be using these guys and sending everybody their way for future needs!

I highly recommend this body shop for their professionalism towards customer service as well as quality work! This facility brought my 2021 Ford f-150 back to brand new condition after being rear ended last February.
