Classic Collision

Where do I start. My 4runner got a scratch down the side. My insurance company sent me there. After having it 5 weeks, my insurance company told me the vehicle was totaled! Called once or twice a week and was never able to speak to anyone other than the receptionist. They came up with numerous items which were not part of the original damage. Finally decided to go elsewhere. Picked up my vehicle, half put back together! If they were the only choice, I'll continue to drive a damaged car. Anywhere else has got to be better than this shop! Do yourself a favor. Keep looking and don't take your vehicle here!

They had my 2019 cayenne for a month and when it was returned, there was damage from rats in my engine bay, along with a rats nest and a bunch of rat poop. when i notified them they claimed it wasnt their fault and they wouldnt do anything - they also respond to all of these with the same response copy pasted, just go to Fine Line Collision they are the best in the area. These guys have the worst reputation around.

My visit to Classic Collision was definitely 5 star worthy. I genuinely want to give them ALL the props for how easy they made this entire process for me! Not only was communication TOP of the line but how reasonable and understanding everyone here is, is refreshing! Hard to find a business in this profession that’s genuine and i will always highly recommend them! Turn around time was also amazing! Made them aware this was my daily car and they made it happen! Work doesn’t look rushed AT ALL, definitely took their time and it looks like nothing ever happened ;) Thank you again to the GM and all other staff ❤️

This business is awesome. Very kind and professional. They stuck to their timeline on repairing my car. I actually got my car a day ahead of schedule which was great. I added pictures of the before and after. They are spot on. Thanks again for the amazing work you do and helping me get back on the road.

Classic did an outstanding job repairing our car. They kept us informed the entire time they had the car. Oscar was there whenever we had a question, and did all he could to get our car repaired when promised.
