Classic Collision

Went into this body work process with a ton of anxiety thinking the cost would be outrageous or I’d never be fully happy with the fix and in spite of all that, had the absolute best experience. My contact Josh was communicative, kind, respectful and advocated for me and the quality of work when the car needed a better paint match. And on top of that, the cost was more than fair. The when the time to complete took affirmed days due to his quality check and fix, they offered to cover the additional days on my rental. I would recommend to any of my friends and family!

My experience at Classic Collision Castleton Commerce was outstanding in every aspect. The quality and completeness of the repairs have my car looking better than new (seriously). I truly appreciated their professional, friendly, pro-active communication. They kept me informed throughout the process and even intervened in matters I would *expect* from my insurance company but they took on instead. I tend not to provide glowing reviews but in this case it's completely warranted. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

They recently repaired our Honda CRV and it came out of their shop looking better than before the accident. They kept us informed during the entire process of the status, and then detailed it before we picked it up.The car was finished at the expected time, even after they reordered a part because it didn’t meet their standards. Rick was a great!

All aspects of my experience were top notch. I was kept fully informed throughout the entire process. They coordinated with the rental car company and my insurance company. This is the only auto body shop I will ever use in Virginia Beach. All personnel were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The finished product was beautiful.

They’re upfront and honest about getting real and authentic car parts and after the repairs it look like nothing ever happened to your vehicle.
