@ClassicNissan, I was deeply disappointed by the misleading advertising I received when my 2025 Rouge was being serviced. To add insult to injury, I incurred significant financial losses when I purchased the vehicle. I wish the company had prioritized business over profit. When Nissan was a priority, I never encountered any issues. However, now it seems that the company’s focus is solely on selling vehicles for commission. My service advisor assured me that I would receive free oil changes for life with the purchase of my vehicle. Unfortunately, I only received three oil changes before discovering yesterday that this was a lie. I am aware that this was a policy for priority customers, but it was misleading when I upgraded my vehicle, which I had purchased for the third time from the compa

Avoid at all cost. On 12/16/25 I was quoted 700 dollars for a simple coolant fan relay replacement by Edwin. ( it should be 200- 300 dollars parts and labor even on the high end). I was lied to and said the extra 400 dollars was " added labor for reprogramming". A blatant lie. After complaining and showing them i knew what the job actually cost they nervously cut the quoted price. One of the slimiest moves ive ever seen in my 40 years of doing business. Several Others in the break room complained of the outrages price quotes they were getting that day too. I will be reporting them to corporate, the BBB and the state attorney generals office.

Great customer service but not so much for the repair that were made to my vehicle. One of the problems is the passenger side fog light is different from the left. They repaired the bumper, but not to show room condition, they just threw the paint on, poor quality on painting. Not sure why Classic Nissan came up but my car was serviced by Priority Lexus and the quality of service is horrible.

The absolute worst service, communication, and idgaf attitude. I scheduled an appointment online and showed up 15 min early. I received my car 1h50 min later. The lobby/waiting room was packed and nobody was getting updates on their cars. After waiting for just a simple oil change, I was told, it was $190. Please make it make sense. I was never spoken to, to say, it's going to be longer, because we don't carry 5w30, but we can go get it. It's going to take this much more time, and cost this much, are you comfortable with this??? I was Totally blindsided and would not recommend servicing ur vehicle here. It's sad because the only reason I came here, was because the vehicle was just purchased there in June.

My repairs were done in a timely matter, in on Monday and out on Friday. They even took the time to wash the car, shine the wheels and clean the inside. The paint was a very good match, almost exact. I am very pleased with they work and overall service.
