Classic RV

What a great buying experience!!! I have been shopping around at many places for an RV for about 2 years now and Classic RV was by far, the best place I’ve been to. From start to finish Mike was very helpful in getting me into the RV that I wanted. I arrived on Monday morning, shown the RV I was interested in and immediately put a deposit down. I was also happy to see that the list price of the RV was the actual price and there were no additional/hidden added on fees other than taxes and registration - this was not my experience at other places. Once the financial paperwork came through I came back on Wednesday to do the walk through and sign the rest of the paperwork. The RV was cleaned and ready to go! My fiance and I purchased a 2017 Grand Design Momentum from Classic RV and are COMPLETELY THRILLED!! Mike was our salesman and did an EXCELLENT job! He was/is polite, patient, funny, professional and worked with us every step of the way. Bonnie and Jim are no exception. They not only provided EXCELLENT service but and overall awesome experience. We are so ecstatic we are having them sell our former RV. We will DEFINITELY be back for service and future business.

We bought a 2016 Coachmen Catalina 243rbs. This trailer is perfect for us. Mike, our salesman was very friendly and no pressure to buy at all. We got such a great deal on it. We were able to do the financing, registration and insurance right there at Classic. The day we picked up our trailer, it was cleaned, propane tanks filled and a new battery installed. Jim, from Classic, went thru the entire trailer with us, showing how everything works. We have been RVing for almost 30 years. We have owned pop ups, trailers and a motorhome over the years. We know good campers from bad and good deals from bad deals. I believe we got an excellent trailer at a very good price from Classic. We would definitely buy another from them. John W., Palmyra, NJ

Judged as soon as I stepped foot on the property. Ladies with knowledge beware!! But they had what i wanted,when they ran my credit score their attentiveness changed real quick lol. Quick to make a sale but when they in return can't sell your trade in on consignment after apart of their tactic is to make you feel like it'll sell like a "hot cake" their words not mine, their attitude changes real quick! Totally forgot they've already made a sale & money off of you...you end up doing all the promoting,sale & removing of your rig off their lot at the end anyway with the new buyer!!! In addition, my camper was dirty, neglected & "missing" a propane tank! When i questioned that, it was implied i came and stole it!!! I would give them 0 stars if I could. Initially, they were very nice & friendly and I loved that they were a family ran business. We were guaranteed that they do a full inspection and would make any repairs needed on our fifth wheel that popped up during the inspection. We stopped in while they were getting the camper cleaned and ready for us and I noticed a mark on the ceiling. Mike, the salesman that sold us our camper, said its no biggie and they would take a look/fix it. This should've been the first warning for us. Instead, we thought "great, no problem". They assured us they thoroughly inspected everything and all was good. Not even a year later, we noticed a leak in the back bedroom. We brought it to a family friend to repair thinking it would be a minor repair, which it sorta was.
