My mother bought a car from them and The first day she got at home the check engine light came on. So she called them and told them what was going on and they said to bring it to their mechanic that they use. She did that. They diagnosed the problem And said they could get it fixed. They put the new part in and the check engine light was it still never cleared. Mind you she was paying for this. She brought the car to the mechanic again had to wait to get the car in Because they had no lifts. So my mom had to bring the car to the Honda dealership. Where they said it needs a $600 fuel neck. And that was $150 For diagnosis. Now she Has called classy chassy And said there’s nothing they can do for her. We bought a 2022 GMC Terrain from Duane Witham and in less than 3 weeks we were broke down on the highway! Had it towed to a certified mechanic and the motor is shot and needs to be replaced! Duane told us when we signed that if anything went wrong with the car within 30 days to get in touch with him and he would take care of it… Called him with no call back. He reached out to us by facebook message basically saying bummer. What a great salesman to not return a call and have an actual conversation with someone who just purchased a car from you! Thank god it was still under warranty and the motor can be replaced! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!

Jason is a dawg, went to a different dealership yesterday but they weren’t open so my mom said “let’s go to classy.” I immediately was over joyed with excitement because I knew there was a Chrysler 300 all black sitting in their lot. Immediately upon arrival I knew that was exactly what I wanted. My dad was a little tough at first but he finally came around & let me get it. Jason was very transparent & and even expressed he’s a “straight shooter” it’s only been a day but I still can’t believe that I got my dream vehicle.
