Deprad st. is not zoned for commercial use. Moving your google maps location to the highway which is zoned for commercial use doesn’t change the fact that you are operating a business for commercial vehicles in an area that is not zoned for commercial use. I am a resident of Deprad st. I see trucks coming, and going from there. Especially at night. Hearing trucks idle/back up from that yard in the middle of the night/early morning gets really annoying for everyone around you. Try operating in full compliance with code.

I am a semi truck driver , had a front flat tire on the street and everyone told me to wait for atleast 2 hours then i called this gentleman ( Carlos) within 30 min he came up and fixed the tire . Really appreciate that .
