I feel very sad to pay $290 they didn’t do anything to it this balance just to drop off my car for 4 days my extended warranty didn’t want to get fix there because they over price for labor and parts instead send me somewhere else Sorry but I have to share this review because people have to pay to take their car here $$$. I hope they get better soon. 37.50 Fee. 😡.

I bought a 2022 equinox from Clay Coley Dodge in Arlington, It had 22k on it when I got it, I have had it for about 6 months. I started having issues with it not wanting to go anywhere when I press the gas down, I researched and found that GM had a product safety recall for inadequate fuel pump flow. I called Clay Cooley Service in Irving ( this location ) Spoke with a female on the phone from service. I explained to her the issue and so forth. I expressed there was a recall and she argued with me there was not, I expressed that I was looking at the GM paperwork stating there was one. once again she argued with me. She placed me on hold and then came back and stated there was a ( special recall) that i need to bring the car in to confirm that is the issue. I requested for a

Went in for my 1st oil change, was greeted immediately & shown the waiting room. Everything seemed to go fine. However a few days later I found a screwdriver that wasn’t mine or there before, under my hood. My cars fine but that was kinda interesting.

I had a very negative experience at this service department. I went in for a “$30 oil change” and they ended up charging me over $250. They offered to change my air filter for $89 but then charged me over $220 to do the service I did not tell them to do. I also asked them to put air in my tires and they did not put any air in one of my tires. You should only go to this dealer for service if you want to get scammed.

On July 30, 2025 I went to get my first oil change, and vehicle inspection at Clay Cooley Chevrolet in Irving, and my warranty covered it, so I didn't have to pay anything for it. Obryan was my service advisor, and he went above and beyond with the service provided.
