Had an amazing experience I really appreciate both Q and Mark for doing their very best to ensure I get approved for a car, a 2025 at that! I would highly recommend Clay Cooley Nissan in Irving.

I went to the dealership and was greated by Keiry Lazo and she was great and knowledgeable. After we spoke I had the pleasure to meet with Rae agha and this professional just went above and beyond to take cake of me and work with my situation. Every step of the buying process was explained and even found ways to get me the best deal possible. I know where to go for my next purchase which will be for my son.

6/7/22-- When you have to get a lot of work done, be careful printing coupons... I wasn't aware that the 15% off coupon only applied to the Clay Cooley in Dallas. This Irving location honored it but only took off $250 ($125 off parts and $125 off labor), and that wasn't much because I got charged a 3% fee because I had to use my credit card. And my bill had a disposal fee of $60 for the damaged parts that got replaced or repaired-- it's like apartments making people pay for trash pick up when they take the trash to the dumpster themselves... In all, I feel I was robbed with all the fees. The other Nissan locations either didn't have the parts or they didn't have anymore appointments, so I had to come back to this one. Big shout out to The director Rich and his team! I had a issue with my vehicle after I had it serviced on April 18th. Rich immediately reached out to me. Gave me his sincerest apologies and got my vehicle back to service department asap. He gave me a free rental while my vehicle was in the service department. Rich and his team fixed the damaged and repairs that my vehicle had free of charge and even gave me a tire free of charge. I am very satisfied with the work thank u! R

I saw a vehicle advertised on CarGurus that Clay Cooley Nissan of Irving had posted. I called the number, spoke to Allison, and she assured me the vehicle was available. I informed her I was driving an hour to look at it. She double-checked and again told me the vehicle was available and even gave me the Stock # of the vehicle. I made it there before my scheduled appointment and they brought the new car Sales Manager out to try and sell me a new car (I called about a used one). Then they had the sales lady bring up a completely different vehicle than the one I had called on. When I informed her that was the wrong vehicle she had the used car Sales Manager come out.
