Clay Cooley Nissan of Irving - Service

I have loyally brought my Nissan to dealerships for service since buying it, and to Clay Cooley Nissan of Irving specifically since 2019. The service here is consistently awful. It seems like no matter what you bring your car in for, or whether or not you made an appointment, you will be trapped here for the better part of a day and they will run a diagnostic and find that you need $2K+ worth of service. Every. Time. After my last visit to this dealership, I left a bad review on their internal review system. That same day, I received a call from a manager who apologized for my experience and said I would receive a call from his manager the following day to see how they could make it right. Was directed to this dealer ship by cars direct/ace based off my current credit situation. They advised me that they will have lenders that can help me get in a used vehicle or a newer vehicle less than $20,000. Get to the location and advised to ask for adrian. This guy gave me amateur from the jump but i gave him a chance. Explained to him i already know my credit and that it will probably have to be a unique vehicle or situation to get me approved for something but it has to be less than 20k and honestly closer to 16k. This guy goes and run my credit for a new $25k vehicle and comes back and tell me i will need a cosigner. Well duh i could have told you that before you put a credit inquiry on my credit profile. Brought my 2018 vehicle in because of uneven acceleration. They had a shuttle take me to work and said they would call with the diagnostic report later. Their quote was for $12,000 worth of repairs on a vehicle only worth $6,000. This included $7,300 for transmission replacement and said they would not attempt a flush or other less-costly repair. They said the shuttle driver would call to schedule my pick up, but they never did. It took multiple phone calls to finally get a driver on the way, but now he is stuck in rush hour traffic. I am so angry because they have now blocked me from being able to take it to another repair center tonight. Strongly do not recommend!

I just purchased a new 2025 Nissan Kicks from the lot with the help of Ms. Marisol Sandoval. She was an excellent sales representative and helped navigate us through the process, the sales, and overall visit to their location. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

Horrible experience. I bought my vehicle in for an alignment a few days later vehicle was riding worse than when bought in. Bought the vehicle back for recheck and was told I need to replace rotors and brakes on my vehicle even though this is a 2023 with only 26k miles. Nissan Clay Cooley did something to my vehicle.
