I wanted to buy replacement spare tire for my Volkswagen beetle. I am not able to look up a price online. When reaching out through the tech service, they said that they would have to have a person or service manager call or text me to get my information. Instead, I receive text from a AI assistant that tried to sell me my car later. I would receive a text saying they apologized and that I should write a Google review because that is a live person. Their excuse was that the AI didn’t read my notes and that AI was the future of the automotive industry. My reply was if you’re gonna use an eye make sure that it’s AI that works. . My reply was if you’re going to use AI make sure that it’s AI that works. I was also gonna get my oil changed when picking up the spare tire we’re gonna get replaced

They were responsive until they got me to turn in an application, ran my credit and didnt back until hours later, couldn't get basic questions answered either. I was honest and tried as to why I didn't move forward with the purchase and the sales agent tried to undermine my wiat time. It should not take hours to hear back.
