Clean Air Car Check - Crown Point

This review is toward the old woman cashier with blonde hair. When I tried to renew my plates, she looked aggravated with my request and simply rolled her eyes when I asked if I asked if there was an extra charge with a credit card. After payment processed, she came back to my car, without saying a word, and basically threw the paperwork and my card at me and walked away. The people who perform the test are great, but that cashier should be fired as soon as possible.

The staff that is doing the actual testing were helpful and kind. The woman in the customer office was not only rude but when I looked at me with disdain when i asked if this was were i would renew my registration. I asked more clarity about how to register another car of mine(which the man at the testing equipment gave me the right direction) which would've wasted an hour of my time vs 5 mins online. I'm hopeful she was standing in for someone else because she was not rarely helpful at all. She also told me to wait outside when there were plenty of room to wait in the customer office and then locked the door on me.

Very helpful staff, generally quick but can take up to 30 mins for a test.

These guys opened up a separate Lane for me. Got me right in there and right out of there... I'm a slacker sometimes when it comes to on time renewals... I was even able to renew my registration for only like 10 bucks extra... It was amazing because I would not have made it to the BMV in time... Thank you, Indiana

Been going here for several years. Super fast!!! In and out within 10 minutes. Staff is always very nice and pleasant.
