Clean Car Car Wash

This car wash is run with very unprofessional management. As a women I felt very uncomfortable because the staff are very odd towards females. Staff are often disrespectful to most customers. On top of that, the service is poor, cars are frequently left with scratches, and overall it feels careless and untrustworthy. Lastly, I believe that this place is near a sewer because it smells terrible and I mean you can just smell it as you roll your window down it is disgusting. Literally what. The quality has really gone downhill, I saw some new faces so that might be it because they're a lot less experienced and not to mention the prices are way too high for what you get. For the same cost, I can go to Quick Quack or Premier and get a much better, luxury level wash. I do not recommend this busi

Came back from cinder cone and car was all dusty. Very friendly and dedicated staff :D my car left so shiny!

The truck did not quite get clean and the tires were not done right. But what made this place stand out was the quality customer service and kindness when we were not satisfied. The young man was very courteous and made it right!

Sign said will reopen in 20-30 mins. After sitting for 10 mins I got out of the car and inquired. They said it would be 5-10 min till they were finished. I sat for 25 more minutes and no one came and communicated with me. When I went out to inquire again they said “oh maybe another 5-10 mins… I’m just a tech”. We left. If you can see a customer waiting there past the time you said you would be open common courtesy is a simple communication touch point.
