Clean Express Auto Wash

*My car was filthy so I finally stopped by on Washy Wednesday! I was given a great deal on the Cleanest Ultra. They did an Amazing Job and I ❤️ the Free Vacuum Service! No pressure on Membership but I was given information about it. Friendly Staff and offered a chance to win free car washes for a year. I will return for a Membership! Thank you. 😉

Terrible experience!!! On a weekend when it's nice out and extremely busy, David is controlling the gate and hard selling (to the point of harassment) every customer. This made the line take forever and it was the only line to use if you're not a member (ironically?). Now I find that David had run my credit card twice. There are too many car washes available in Toledo to go through this crap.

Very pushy sales pitch culture. If customers buy an express plan, they have to wait in a longer line to get their car washed. Also the prices have almost doubled. The cheapest wash went from $7 to $11.

My aunt went through to get a car wash and the brush roller broke and went through her windshield! She is still traumatized! They even made her drive the car home!
