Clean Express Auto Wash

Worst ever. You can see where the big scrub rollers didn’t reach because they don’t pre spray your car down to get the dirt off like every other car wash in town does. Lol

Nice grand opening, nice wash with music playing. Unlike most other washes, they have a small store to buy car care items like Armor all and a bathroom to use. I wish they would use a conveyer belt style wash like Tommy's and Greenway though. It is also nice they give you an air freshener or dash wipe when you go through. No other car wash I know does that.

I'm conflicted about writing this review because I think I might be risking getting an employee in trouble, Even though the employees were friendly, honest, and did nothing wrong. Based on the kind of management practices I saw here, I'm assuming they don't treat their employees well, and will take their problems out on them. I stopped in for a car wash and there's no way to choose and pay without talking to an employee. Because they make the employee try to pitch you on their subscription service. I don't want to sit through a pitch, so I asked if I could just get a car wash. The employee informed me that they had to pitch me on the subscription service, and that there's a microphone recording the conversation to make sure that they do. Update: I've never joined a monthly "club" for car washes—until now. Every time I go to Clean Express, the staff are friendly and engaging, and the wash continues to be the best pull-through I've ever experienced. They're good people providing a top-notch service. Here's my initial revew: Terrific first experience. Top-end wash is way better than area competitors.

Damaged my car and refuses to take accountability. Every time i come to this location my passenger mirror gets slammed toward the front of the car and my rear wiped ripped back. On this last wash it ripped the mirror housing clean off, probably cracking it the times before. They denied the damage claim even though the camera clearly shows it damaging the mirror. This is a newer car that I just bought and had no damage. They claimed "the mirror was probably faulty". AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Wash was intermittent quality, often not getting the car all that clean, and the dryers are terrible. Aggressive but not getting the car very dry. A big problem in the winter. They need hand-dry touch up. Canceling membership. Which also is a pain in the butt because they won't let you cancel it.
