Clean Freak Car Wash

Don't use them. I did not get told it was a recurring payment, no big deal, figured ok I'll use it one more month. Then I totaled my car, hit a deer, contacted customer service and they said j should've cancelled it 7 days before I got charged. I was supposed to be clairvoyant and forsee I was going to hit a deer. Now they want me to go to the car wash to request a refund, how am I supposed to do that when I don't have a car and live 30 minutes for. Town? There's no number to call. Do not use them EDIT: Since there is no way to respond to responses and the email address provided by the owner doesn't actually do anything except tell you they can't do anything I will respond here. Damaged car. No customer service. Manager did nothing I've been using this car wash for the last few weeks with no problems at all. In fact my cat looked great. I used it 2-3 times a week. The most recent te, there was damage done to my windshield and the inside of my car got all wet. The "manager looked at it and said I needed to take it to a shop. Didn't write a report or anything. Now I cant contact anyone at the company regarding the issue.

I saw the guy press "Extra" brush for my Dirty truck and it came out amazing. Even the tires looked brand new. I'm glad they have air to blow out my side mirrors and trim way to go clean freak.

I spent $23 for a car wash with no way to wash my floor mats. This makes absolutely no sense. Now, I have a beautifully clean truck but dirty floor mats. Very disappointing. 😔
