Clean Start Express Car Wash

I was a member because this car wash is on my way home from work. It seemed a convenient enough option despite their not being a staff person/attendant present, I mean it’s a carwash. But so On 2/19 my husband texted when we arrived at the wash and there were no trash cans. I had trash to throw out of my car (I have a long commute and basically live in there! lol) We had to go Nextdoor to the 7-11 to use their trash cans. This was already unacceptable as a member, but he received an apologetic response so I let it go. Then on Wednesday this week I texted when I had to pay $16 for a wash as a member because the cameras didn’t register my car and someone was parked behind me. Express car washes are my jam! I tend to pass up attended car washes, they make me nervous 😂. My first thought inside the Clean Start wash was “wow, I’ve never been in an express wash like this”. We’d just gotten back in town from a road trip and by the end of the wash 99.9% of the bugs had been blasted off and my car was super shiny! I’ve gotten a membership since and haven’t been disappointed.

Customer service is extremely poor. Issue unresolved - even call multiple times. Every time I call only IVR responded, after several times AI agent expedite the issue. But Nobody responded ISSUE PERSIST.

I used this car wash and it was really good and vacuums worked really well. My car was so shiny. I'll be going back.

No pre-wash to get the bugs off the front. Was not dried as the long flow of water at the end to the street varified, ask for a second bug cleaning wash and met with resistance from the manager. Good towels to dry it. No air pressure hoses for tires as advertised. Clean location. Will not use again. There must be better ones available.
