Chasity is the definition of professionalism. Never before had I given thought of getting the premium membership but once she explained it to me in a very clear manner it seemed like a complete no brainer. She was very positive and charismatic and definitely is an asset to this establishment. The working crew put in work to ensure my vehicle was clean in the entrance to the car wash and vaccumm were great. 10/10 service GIVE CHASITY A RAISE!!!

Clean Wheel Car Wash made our day! We stopped by today at 6:54 pm (November 1, 2025), and the two employees on duty were incredibly kind—they greeted us warmly and even gave the kids candies. My kids loved the colorful lights inside the wash tunnel and had so much fun watching them. Friendly service, family-friendly atmosphere, and a great wash—thank you!

Suction is so great I had to kind of brace myself with one hand and vacuum with the other. Borderline needed ear pro. Shredded the handle on a plastic target bag I momentarily sucked up. Used the hose with the crevice tool and the crazy suction to remove snacks under my back seat I haven’t bought in half a year. I couldn’t reach them at other vacuums, but this one pulls everything in. Will definitely drive out of my way to come back to this car wash again. I’ve tried several closer to home up and down western & gum branch, and none of the other vacs work as well as this place. Wash was great, too. Friendly, professional girl at the kiosk to help me pick a wash and pay.

I paid $35 for a car wash and was very disappointed. When I got home, I noticed black streaks all over my car, likely from the rollers. I had to buff those out, but some marks are still there. The windows have water spots that won't wipe off, and there are small orange dots on the car as well that appear to be drips of rust coming off something in the wash. Overall, my car is still dirty, potential paint damage, and now I am having to spend the time to clean it all up. No one answered the phone and there is no voicemail set up. I won’t be coming back.
