Cleanwaves Express Wash

While drying my car on the 'Do it Yourself' side, the handle kept popping off. I didn't realize the hose was hitting my car when it would. Now, my car has scratches on it. I know there will be smarta$$e$ saying it's my fault.. Which, it is my fault that I didn't know the equipment wasn't properly maintained. Also, I know it was from the hose because apparently there was a lot of dirt on it. When I washed my car, again, two days later, that's when I noticed the scratches. Just, get the equipment fixed!

Have had better but have also had worse. I purchased the $20 wash package. For that price I expected better. The upper portion of my car was spotless and looked brand new. However the lower portion like my side skirts and fenders were left worse than when I came in

Just got home from this car wash and had to take a rag and wipe down my entire truck. 2022 GMC 1500 AT4 and there was not a panel on the truck that didn’t need to be cleaned. Spent $25 for the top of the line and received the bottom of the line. I’m traveling through visiting for the holidays and wanted to get the road grime washed off. SAVE YOUR MONEY and go to another car wash.

I really wanted to like this car wash because it is close and convenient. Maybe it's because I have a white vehicle and maybe it's just the style of my vehicle, but it is never clean when I come out and I have to spend 20-30 minutes scrubbing off bugs, dirt and soap that were left behind. I have the best wash membership and get a wash 1-2 times a week and it has never cleaned off bugs. I'm cancelling my membership because I mowed on Monday and got a little grass on my driver's side door and it was on my vehicle less than 24 hours and when I came out of the wash, the grass was still there. I don't have time to clean my car after going through a car wash. I think it would really help if they did a pre-brush like some washes do before sending you through.
