Paid for five (5) reports (around $28.00) It wants to charge me again for a second report as if the transaction for *5* reports never happened. **UPDATE** So, I was able to use the five (5) reports I paid for. The problem was with the intuitiveness of the app combined with my relatively low “tech IQ”. Basically, the way the app is formatted, to me, it appeared that the only available option was to *buy* an additional report. In no way is it made *clear* that I was operating from a position of “credit”. I eventually clicked on “buy report” (or something like that) and it worked out fine. Like almost every other website or operating system, it needs to be more intuitive. That said, I did get what I paid for.

I am happy with the information provided but it would be much better if service records were included as well. I would also love it if photos from previous online listings were available on every vehicle. I’ve seen it on a few but not most.

Did a VIN pull for a used 2020 Motorcycle at a dealer. First no update since 2023. M/C has 20k miles on it and the pull reflected only 8.3k. Did not reflect recall completion nor recall attempts to resolve. Waste of my money.

Be nice if I’d known that a 1965 vehicle or a 1939 vehicle would not have history. Therefore, the price I paid wasted my purchase of 5

I got sucked into using this service by someone posing as a buyer for a vehicle. It became obvious it was a ruse to buy the service. To top it off, the information I received from the company was inaccurate. Total rip off.
