Hey All so I just had the pleasure of getting assisted by Ron and Arianna A at this location what a wonderful and professional experience. I was not interested in a subscription however they respectfully provided clever rebuttal's that were tailored to my needs and home location. We also had a good laugh as well. They actually exemplify leadership dedication and knowledge of the services that benefit me as a potential customer and I appreciate that in these times where customer service and caring can be lacking. As far as why they offer the car is cleaner than when at my local location they provide rags a mat clipper which is so you can throughly clean your mats, they also provided a spray which i appreciate for the cost of carwashing rags and so

can just leave my name in there. I just joined the car wash today and easy ZZIE was a tremendous help. Quite a surprise. She even helped wipe down or dry my car so I’m sure I’m gonna enjoy being a member here. Thought I’d let you know the girls the other girl also help me, Jasmine looks like y’all got a nice crew. I had a great experience at this car wash. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. One team member the name of IZZIE went above and beyond to help us clean the car properly and made sure everything was done with care and attention to detail. Her positive attitude and willingness to help really stood out. Highly recommend this place for both the service and the excellent staff!

Today I visited Clearwater Express Wash as I normally do and went through the car wash. After pulling into the vacuum area, a wonderful young employee named Izzie immediately came over to my car and began drying it without me even asking. She had the most welcoming smile and came across as truly genuine and kind. I know this isn’t part of the services included with our membership, but the team occasionally goes the extra mile like this for their customers, and it’s something I truly appreciate. Moments like this are exactly why I continue to choose Clearwater Express Wash. Whenever I briefly consider trying another car wash, I’m reminded of the consistently great service we receive here and why it’s worth staying. Great experience! No high pressured sales just clear explanation of the options offered. Professional and friendly staff. The process was smooth and efficient. I’ve never had an employee at a car wash assist me in cleaning my vehicle. Izzie was friendly and engaging and very thorough. I will definitely be back.
