The absolute worst place to take your vehicle to. Don’t be shocked when they hold your car for months saying they haven’t received parts yet to fix it. All while driving your vehicle around for personal use, smoking inside, and driving unknown women around in it too without your permission. An absolute joke of an owner and business. Mr Rick Little should be ashamed of himself for trying to make an extra dollar without completing the job that was supposed to be completed.

If you want to be screwed, let them work on you vehicle. Took my 88 year old dad and they tore up more than they fix. Stuck my dad for 1800.00 and didn't do nothing but screwed his truck up. Needs to be closed down

Absolutely garbage!! You will spend many trips back to the shop to have them fix what they totally messed up on. Complete idiots!! Worst experience of my life as far as shops go!! This was a new water pump, broken bolt led to them drilling out the broken one and replacing it with a completely insane replacement and then got JB weld everything!! Complete ignorance.

Went there to have two tires that I brought in replaced and wasn't expecting it to cost $70.00 and thats with me taking my old tires. I believe it was an absolute price gouge! I will never be back there for anything!

Had my car towed to Cleveland Collision and Auto Service in June 2019 to replace the motor and paid in full for them to purchase the motor, then paid in full for charges ask to install the motor. I got the car back in January 2020 and it still was not in good running condition. The water pump was bad, the electrical wiring was not connected properly and the dash indications would not come on to let you know when something was wrong There were water hoses that ran from the water reservoir that was glued to where they connected to the motor, It was just a messy job and I can go on and on about things not done correct. Less than a month later the car ran hot yet again without indicators to warn and now I am right back where I started and the car needs yet another motor. This business I am
