First off I want to say thank you to the wonderful staff of Cleveland Collision for making this a smooth and easy process. My car looks absolutely beautiful and you can’t even tell any damage had occurred. I 110% definitely recommend Cleveland Collision for all your body repair needs! Thank you ALL so much again for taking care of my baby and making her look brand new again! Let me start off by saying wow! My wife’s car had the rear door messed up where a utility trailer slammed into it causing a deep indentation and paint getting marred up to bare metal. Sucks being that this is a brand new car. I am well pleased with the overall quality of work and kind knowledgeable staff. Both of the owners were extremely friendly and treated us with upmost respect. They had this done and back to us within a week! I’ve been told that pearl white paint is one of the most difficult paint colors to blend and yet these guys tackled it with ease. Making the finish completely flawless leaving no transitional blend margins to be detected. Cleveland collision sucks! They called to tell us the car was ready. My husband left work early so we could go get it. Get there the paint looks like poop. It's already chiping places, the check engine light is on now. The part of the frame that was ripped and twisted is still not fixed. The door has paint missing and scratches as well as a big dent still in it. The door panel is busted and the leather on it had a hole in it. When we started it it was rattling when it didn't do that before we dropped it off. It's in worse shape now then it was when we dropped it off to them! They've had our car for almost a month! Cleveland Collision painted my Suzuki GSXR-600 fuel tank matte black, and as you can see, they did an excellent job. They communicated well and promptly responded to my texts. The price was reasonable and comparable to other quotes I received. Although I can’t comment on their automotive work, I highly recommend their painting services to anyone.
