Cleveland Rental Car Center

I wish I could give a negative review. I have been to the AVIS station 3 times and each time I wish an act of God strikes this place. 3 hours of wait time to check in is absurd, I think they’re playing Pac-Man behind the counter and thinking “how long can I make these people wait?” This is truly the worst company imaginable with 0 concern for the customer and believe that they really should be out of business. I’m doing my part by writing this review just hoping they actually give me a car, someone ahead of me said “I’m returning the car into this desk tomorrow” I believe it. It’s very interesting that the enterprise line had just as many people but got through it 10x faster.

Smooth and easy process to pick up, drop off, we use everytime we travel! Excellent selection of cars and friendly staff! CLE :)

The facility is nice and roomy so that everyone is not on top of each other while waiting in line. The shuttle busses to/from airport are plentiful too. As soon as one leaves, the next pulls up. Which is great to prevent issues with people being impatient. The driver of our busses was actually helping people put their luggage on the bus.

The center itself is lovely and the shuttle service is great. What was confusing for us is the signage and proper instructions for returning the car. I was concerned about entering the section for Enterprise when I saw these "spikes" in the ground. I rode a few times until I saw a security guard (this was a 3:30am). He informed me that the spikes would not damage the tires upon entry, only if someone tried to back up or leave out. Proper signage indicating this would have been helpful. If signage is there, then I totally missed it.

the Team that was working on 2/27 between the hrs of 11am till 11:30am, are amazing! Cldnt get all your names but your attention,attitude and dedication made it smooth for my family!!!thk u
