If we could, we would leave 10 stars! The owner and the team did an amazing job fixing our beloved minivan’s transmission (a Japanese import) for a very fair price. They were incredibly patient with us throughout the process of sourcing a spare transmission, and after a few wrong ones, we finally found the original. 100% recommend and a huge thank you to Efner again.

Extremely reasonable pricing, and the best service around. They don’t play any games and they get the job done the right way the first time. Unprofessional is an understatement. If you like dealing with back yard shade tree mechanics go ahead. They might know transmissions but don’t have the first clue how to run a business. Won’t answer the phone, won’t return messages. No appointment scheduling process. I was told to drop my truck off Thursday night for a cold related issue. (40 min one way)They said they would Diagnose and quote on Friday. Went to pick the truck up at 5:00pm on Friday and they never even test drove it. Keep in mind that all they were going to do to diagnose was test drive, pull codes and make a diagnoses based on symptoms. No tear down. Wasn’t even going to rack the truck. I know that because when I showed up pissed they offered to hurry up and test drive it while I waited. This coming directly from Efren. T
