My family and I have been coming to Clifford Car Care for over 20 years, and they’ve always provided excellent customer service. They’re honest, informative, affordable, and willing to work with you on pricing. Recently, I brought my Mercedes in as a walk-in with no appointment and was in and out within an hour. That level of efficiency and care is hard to find. Highly recommend Clifford Car Care if you’re in the Humble or Atascocita area.

I towed my car to Clifford's because of the great reviews 🙃 that were posted. Well my experience was a nightmare. I have carshield and that's another post in itself. The shop owner/manager had a conversation with carshield and gave information that was not true which was the deciding factor in carshield denying my engine replacement. The gentleman who actually assessed my car explained to the adjuster that he was unaware of what the previous mechanic had done. No conversation was had with me and that pissed 😤 me off. I am now having to figure out what's next with my car 🚗 🤔. Everytime I called Carshield to dispute the decision and sent proof but the lies told by the shop manager/owner were stuck. I've been taking my vehicles here for years! Always HONEST, always FAIR & always PLEASANT/COURTEOUS!!!! I refer everyone I know to them, especially if they have a luxury vehicle. Those dealerships have brutal maintenance rates! Clifford's is REASONABLE! I appreciate Anthony & Roy so much!!!

Brought my Jaguar Xj-8 in for service my they change fuel pump and some other parts that was need it. They did a wonderful job on repairs ! And they text me later too find out if everything was working ok... Those guys did a marvelous job I'm so happy with the work that was done ...Thank to you guys I really appreciate you...Mr and Mrs Lee Wade

Incredible! They charged $770 for a spark plug change on a 2010 VW Jetta, where the cheapest spark plug costs $7.50 and the most expensive $24. No matter how long take spark plugs replaced, I think that price is outrageous... beware!
