Cliff's Auto Service Center

I am in Arkansas and my sister was in Texas and needed a battery and I looked local and found Cliffs and they handled everything and it was close to closing but the feller took great care and got them back on the road!!!

They did a really good job on my alignment took care of me great price my alignment was so bad and it was eating my tires all up they got it done really quick help me out a lot definitely be going back there for all my alignments from now on

Idk what happened recently to make them this bad. Possibly because they only seem to have 1 real mechanic at the moment. I took my car in for flickering headlights. They can't so much as diagnose the problem without 1 particular employee. I get my car back with a busted parking light casing and I guess they didn't put the other light casing in correctly because it came off completely. On top of that, after getting it back my headlights don't turn on at all. To top it off, I was charged $271 for a new battery. I've gotten such good service in the past, I don't know what went wrong in their business.

I needed my car inspected, and every place I went was over an hour wait. I came in hot to Cliffs (5 min prior to closing) and Robert took care of me!!!! Excellent customer service! I’ll be back! 😀 Thank you!

CAUTION! I used Cliff's for an oil change and tire rotation on my truck. I paid at the front and pulled out of the parking lot. Within 50 feet I could tell that something was wrong on the rear end of the truck. I pulled over immediately to find that they had not tightened the lug nuts on the right rear wheel. NOT EVEN FINGER TIGHT. The wheel was wobbling on the studs. I limped the truck back 2 blocks to the shop and showed them what they had done. The kid in the back that does tire rotations came out with his tail between his legs because he knew that he had skipped over it. I understand that people make mistakes, BUT this was a huge mistake. Had I not been paying attention, that wheel WOULD HAVE COME OFF. And it would have been further down the road where the speed limit changes to 65mph
