Cloud 9 Auto Sale

My fiance' recommended we visit Cloud 9 Auto Sale in Clayton to see a used car for my 18 year old son. I was pleasantly surprised by the inventory & clean office and waiting room. It was a bitter cold day, and we were warmly greeted by Tanita. She was very professional and helpful in finding us the perfect car, and the perfect price for us. There wasnt any annoying sales person following you around- just honest answers. How refreshing. All of the staff there were great. We were able to take a very long test drive on a 2002 Mercury Cougar, and found this car to work out well for my Son. Tanita was very knowledgeable of all the paperwork I needed, and the transaction went very well together. I highly recommend Cloud 9 Auto to anyone looking for a used car, at a reasonable price. I would definitely come back and do business at Cloud 9. The owner was polite and friendly and I didn't get the feeling he was trying to pull one over on me. We made a deal on a 2005 Kia Sedona with high mileage. I needed it for family expansion but could not afford a new vehicle. The van was knowingly sold 'as is' and a little bit after the purchase, the check engine light came on. I wasn't going to tell him but he called just to check on things. I did tell him and he was just as surprised as I was and insisted on helping me get the problem fixed promptly and for a price that was next to nothing, especially considering the problem. He gained my trust as a salesman; that is hard to do.
