Great customer service. I got a free wash to see if I like how it works, however, the barcode didn't come up and the attendant was so helpful. I was able to wash my car. I recommend this car wash. My car looked crazy after the snow storm and new after the wash.

I went here with my newly purchased jeep, I was excited to give it a first fresh car wash. I've never been to this car wash before. I went through the automatic car wash, when a employee sprays it down first. I thought it was a little rough on my jeep going through but obviously I cannot stop the process of an automatic wash. Literally turning out of the car wash I noticed little gashes in my window shield. I was upset, I turned around to head immediately back to let the manager know I wanted to file a claim. I was very nice but stern. I'm going to have to paid to get this wind shield replaced, and your car wash is responsible. You owe me on this. A teenager told me she has to watch the cameras. Okay? It turned out to be a beautiful Sunday afternoon, so I decided to get the grime off my truck from the snow on Saturday. After the road treatment due to the snow we received, I just wanted a simple wash to remove the road salt that ended up on my truck. I figured I'd take it to Cloud10 since it was the closest auto wash to our house. I was very disappointed with the outcome of the wash I received. On the way home, my wife commented on all the white dots on the passenger side window. I thought maybe it was just small water droplets that hadn't dried yet and possibly only appeared to be white spots. Once we got home, I took a walk around my truck and was so disappointed.
