They held my car for a total of eight days. I called every other day and every time I called there was a different excuse on why they couldn’t fix my car on or how come they shouldn’t fix my car. They have told me my car with 80,000 miles I should buy a new car. I gave them a list of things that I needed fixed. I’m being charged $600 for one thing That was on my list which is probably the cheapest a $25 part that holds antifreeze a reservoir Their excuse was well we had to check this. We had to check that that’s why there is a diagnosis fee, which is at most mechanics a standard charge. They held my car for eight days and charge me unfairly. I thought the place was a very nice Family establishment that’s how they come off but please beware if you’re gonna go here The first time I brought

Unfortunately I’m not satisfied my issue when I first came, you told me you were gonna hook the computer up to it and run it and let me know you did not do that. You did the same thing that I did and then turn around to tell me I need a water pump I do not need a water pump. I’ve had it replaced twice and I returned it as you said I was supposed to and upon me further diagnosis like I told you from the beginning my car is not getting a signal from pcm, but thank you so much for the $113.12 for letting me know that you’ve done nothing.And for not fully putting it back together and now I have to wait dissatisfied but this is not personal because you are a great person but as far as business, unfortunately not satisfied….

Been using them for a few years. Had a Chevy truck they took great care of and now a f350 work truck. Quick turn arounds and reasonably priced on everything they’ve done for me. Gary really went the extra mile for me today getting my work truck back on the road so I can get back to serving my own customers. Highly recommend cloverly automotive

Gary is an awesome guy 👍 He was kind enough to give me a ride back to my home when I dropped my car off (6 miles) He was a life savior because I didn’t have a way to get home. He (and Elli, the mechanic) did a great job fixing my car. He was reasonable, didn’t try to over sell (Like other places that raise the cost unnecessarily) He did just what was needed. Cloverly Automotive is my new repair shop…I have a 2005 Toyota 4 runner with 121k miles…I know it will last longer. Please refer anyone that needs a honest and trustworthy repair shop to Gary. Thank you 😊

My car heater stopped working and they were able to quickly diagnose the problem and provide a reasonable quote. The problem was fixed quickly and seems to work great. I had great interactions with the staff and would use them again.
