Club Car Wash

I was told before I washed my Tesla at Club Car Wash that they don’t scratch paint or rims when putting it through the wash. That proved to not be true. I take meticulous care of my Model S and always hand-washed it up until I was in a hurry one morning and decided to wash here. What a mistake. As soon as I got home after the wash I noticed my two rear rims were scratched. They are wider than the front tires so they are more likely to be damaged. I brought it to the attention of the the car wash, and instead of taking ownership and paying for the damage, they denied it pretty much told me to screw off. Don’t wash your vehicle here as might get damaged. And they will act like they care and are filing a claim only to tell you they are not responsible. I am 100% they scratched my rims. As a c

Yesterday, I drove my BRAND NEW 2025 Mercedes Benz (that I literally just got a few days ago) through this Carwash and it damaged all of my brushed chrome trim! There are spots that WILL NOT come off and when I approached the Manager, Joe, he tried to make me drive it back through the Carwash that literally just messed up my car (umm NO!)! Then he told me to call corporate when I said I want to cancel my membership and I wanted to know what they were going to do to help me get it remedied. Called Corporate and they said the manger was supposed to take photos and create a case- he didn’t and I was already gone so I told them to email me so I can send the photos…. Clubs Car Wash does an excellent job of keeping my car clean on a consistent basis. Every time I come through, my vehicle comes out spotless. The towels, vacuums, and equipment are always in perfect working order, which makes the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

The car wash itself is great. Love the wide parking spots and all the free amenities. My frustration lies with their speed and upselling. I just spent 20 mins in the line to purchase a wash and I was only behind 2 cars. The issue is they 1) Understaffed at the front and 2) incentivized to upsell to monthly memberships. Their capture rates are clearly displayed (about 30%) meaning you can expect to wait that 5-7 mins every 3 cars or so. The cars behind me were able to shift to other lanes when more worker came, but I was stuck in the far left lane. Finally it was my turn and the lady decided to go help a member that had just pulled up. Preferential treatment deserved as a member, I guess so? But that added another 5 mins to my wait. Bottom line: it shouldn’t take 20 mins to enter the wash

I’ve never had an issue here and highly recommend them. The MVP wash is fantastic—my car looks polished, shiny, and the coating stays looking brand new. What really sets them apart is the pre-wash; having two guys spray it down with high-pressure soap first ensures the dirt is actually gone before the machine touches the paint. ​The staff is friendly and seems to genuinely enjoy their jobs. Pro-tip: Keep an eye out for their promotions! They run deals from time to time that make the MVP wash an even better value. ​To the team: please keep your soap and water quality this high! Other washes often leave ugly water stains, but your results are always spotless. Keep up the great work!
