Club Car Wash

What's wrong with Club Car Wash? I've visited several of their locations, and the same problem persists everywhere: there are stains and streaks left behind that are difficult to remove.

Wow, wow, wow…. just WOW I absolutely adore ClubCar Wash. the team here is SUPERB. Quality car wash and the free vacuums are helpful too. So quick and easy to clean our cars each week.

My antenna got ripped off and they didn’t do anything about it. A $16 wash in exchange for a 1400 new antenna.. So much for taking care of your customers. Go look at BBB you’ll change your mind about this company. I’ll never go to another one. It’s at home washes from now on.

Club Car Wash damaged my vehicle at their Norman, OK location and refused to take responsibility. During my wash, the truck in front of me failed to exit, and even though I held my brakes and laid on my horn for several seconds, the conveyor system kept pushing my car forward. The wash wasn’t stopped in time, and my car was forced into the back of the truck. After the wash, I found fresh rim damage, front-end scratches, and new side scratches that were absolutely not there before. I filed a detailed claim with photos and proof that I’d used this wash over 11 times(30+) without issue — and they still denied it, pretending their system wasn’t at fault.
