Club Car Wash

The young lady that assisted me today (it was my first time) was not only very helpful, but super sweet. I got a great deal and a great car wash! Definitely will be my new go-to!

The car wash is great. The staff is great. BUT, they need to crack down on the people stealing from everyone that pays! People that enter the vacuum stalls, taking cleaner bottles & throwing away a car load of garbage without paying for a wash should be prosecuted!

I found they were charging both my cards and I was directed by an employee to a phone number from march til almost December I was charged 44 dollars a month while being charged 22 on another card. They would only return 3 months worth. Not at the top of my list. The towels would smell sour most times and my wheels never got clean I’d have to hand wash. I’ll look elsewhere! After all this they called to offer me 6 months credit on my account when I said no I was already paying for an account they told me they would only pay 90 dollars of the 200 per their policy. To many car washes around to put up with crooks.

Do not use this car wash!! I cannot stress enough. If you care about the details of your paint go somewhere else. Their automatic wash service damaged my car and the staff and supervisor acknowledged this, took several pictures for their own records, and apologized. The supervisor and staff tried to help in every way, despite having issues with their claims software. I actually had to go back the next day because their claims software was not working properly. It was the claims department representing the car wash that put a play on the car wash supervisor’s words, their own supervisor, and refused to cover the damages. Do not go here! I would put a 0 if possible. I went there for a dollar wash and paint is now missing from my van in 3 spots. I put in a claim and they say that our van was caught on camera going in and that it’s preexisting. I have included both photos. 1 from after the wash with paint missing and one they took with no paint missing! This car wash may cause damage to your vehicle. Don’t use!
