Paul was amazing took my grandmas car to get aligned they noticed a noise the car was making and helped us get everything figured out. As a women it’s tough going to a mechanic that you don’t feel judged or being schemed against and I got to say this has been the first place where they even explained what was wrong with the car, explained the parts and what they do without talking down to me I loved it best place to take your car in Katy. I’ll also add that Kevin was wonderful and super helpful. We’ve been in Katy for 20 years and can definitely say we appreciate this location .

Paul, Brandon and Matt were phenomenal!! From the moment I walked in I was pleasantly greeted by Paul and Brandon! They introduced me to Matt the GM and he was cool too! This was my fourth attempt at trying to get a state inspection done on my car this morning due to the inspector not being at the other locations I tried first. I was very happy that Clutch was able to service my car. The guys here took very good care of me and offered to do work on my other vehicles as well. I have a navigator that's not running and I'm considering purchasing a new engine and having it installed. Paul let me know that they could do it. I'll definitely be letting my husband know that we're going to have to come back and do business with them. I felt right at home and they were fast! Shout out to (Paul Wall)

This staff is courteous, professional and truly cares about their customers. I went in without an appointment and was able to leave with my lightbulbs changed within the hour. Their promptness and attention to detail is unmatched as they were able to look at my car and tell me that the light bulbs could be changed in about 30 minutes and going through the wheel well was not necessary. Awesome Staff!

I came in for a quote and Paul was extremely helpful and informed me on a lot of things I was not familiar with. And he was very nice about it. Didn’t make me feel bad that I was clueless. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone out there. I will be back for service on my vehicle! Update! I don’t know where to begin to thank this place enough ! They fixed my car and helped me in so many ways I can’t explain!! This is definitely a reliable professional mechanic shop you must get your vehicle serviced!
