Called Hector needed an estimate on my truck, which was hit in my job parking lot by a coworker. Hector initially told me that he wouldn’t be able to do the estimate due to The fact that I basically didn’t have a claim number through insurance, I then explained to him my situation and understood his policies and ended my call with him. About three minutes later, Hector calls me back and tells me that he will go ahead and do the estimate for me and told me what I needed to send to him for him to make it happen. He stuck to his word and did the estimate in a timely fashion. Now I’m just waiting to finish up things on my end so that I can have Hector and his team complete the work that was estimated . Clutch City Collision fixed up my car after a small collision and made it look good as new! Hector was so friendly, honest, and good at communicating. The insurance process was long and one of my parts was on backorder, but he made sure to keep me updated and even sent pictures of the progress.

Genuine people and great work, they helped me take care of dealing with the insurance which are typically difficult to handle. They ensured my car was treated with car and got the repairs it needed, the insurance did not want to fix everything that was needed in my car but they sent them a detailed supplement and were able to ensure my car got repaired the way it should be. Without them I would have been lost and stuck to deal with a very nerve wrecking process. Very thankful for this body shop and no one should ever have to seek out another body shop again.
