Great customer service. I did not get any repairs done however Josh and the guys were more then accommodating to my situation. They did a thorough diagnostic of my vehicle at a very reasonable price. I will be returning for all repairs and maintenance. Its hard to find professional service these days where you feel heard and receive informative explanations. Definitely a diamond in the rough.

I got into a collision in Houston driving my mom to the airport. I don't live around here and somehow needed to get my vehicle inspected and fixed to be able to drive safely back home. I had no idea where to go or what to do given my first bad accident. I was thankful to find CMC Auto online and given their reviews and recommendations so I decided to give them a call. It was a very easy going process and felt my vehicle was safe and taken well care of to leave with them for the day. It's hard to find a shop that has integrity. CMC Auto Care is not only professional but they'll tell you with honesty and quality service. Not only that but they also offer a shuttle lift within a 5 mile radius. I got a simple oil change but the previous shop I went to had my oil filter on too tight. They specified that this was an issue and let me know my options on what we can do. Ultimately I got my oil change and got the filter from the previous shop I went to. Not only that, I called them and asked if they offered a recalibration on my windshield and they informed me that they do not but they suggested another shop by them, which another gem, and it's all thanks to CMC Auto Care. Spectacular in every way. They have my business as long as I live in the area!

My vehicle was suffering from the 4L60e blues, I brought it to CMC and Jason provided excellent service and communication. Informed me every step of the way. Tristan did excellent work and showed me his concerns and work needed to be done. The team there is very friendly.
