I had seen the reviews and heard the stories about this dealership, but they had a truck I was interested in, so I ignored everything I had heard and decided to stop on by. Big mistake. When I pulled up, the place looked deserted. Plenty of vehicles but no staff, no activity, just a wide open garage door. I walked in thinking maybe someone was in the back, and instead I found a man slumped over in a chair in the back corner completely passed out. What made it worse was what he had in his hand. I’m not going to speculate on anyone’s life choices, but it was enough to make me turn around immediately. Women, please be careful. Do not use CMC Enterprises. I’m a single mom, recently moved to Royse City, and desperately searching for a reliable car. I drive past this place all the time, so I finally stopped in to ask about financing. I was met by a man named Joe, who seemed friendly for about 30 seconds, then it instantly turned uncomfortable. He kept staring at me with this creepy grin, making inappropriate comments like “damn, you’re hot” as if that was somehow a compliment. He kept asking if I was married and when I mentioned I was going through a nasty divorce, he actually said, “Who is he? I’ll kill him.” That is beyond unprofessional. I felt so uncomfortable, unsafe, and honestly scared. I had to fake a phone call just to get out of there. This place is absolutely not where any woman

Great customer service and nice people

Buyer beware...Bought a vehicle from Chester the owner. Went to pick up my tags he didn't even know who I was. Bought it two months ago its been in the shop twice already with more work to do. They're not selling cars, they're growing lemons!

I have called this business several times to inquire about certain vehicles that I was interested in no one has ever returned One Call.
