Dealt with both Eric and Luke on the purchase of my new to me 2019 Ford F150 STX. Both were phenomenal and friendly. I had some concerns about the transmission on the truck (no fault of dealership, manufacturer design flaws) and both Luke and Eric responded to it with “we’ll have Ford put a new transmission in it for you and give you a 2 year powertrain warranty”, And did just that. Ford had the new transmission in and a 60 point inspection done at the dealership and was ready for me to pick up just 2 short weeks later. Truck was already listed a few thousand under KBB value and the fact they went above and beyond to satisfy me, the customer, shows a real professional aptitude. I highly recommend them and look forward to being a repeat customer at this dealership!

I purchased a 2019 Nissan Kicks SV from this dealership. The car runs fine, but I discovered loose aftermarket wiring in the engine bay, and my battery died while I was in the car, which could be related. When I called the dealer, he said it’s like raising a concern like: “It’s like buying a refrigerator, using it for a month, moving it, and saying it broke,” Now how could’ve I broke that when it was sitting on top of the engine bay when I opened it when the battery died. Never opened it once before then which is my mistake. Cause if I checked it earlier it probs would have been taken care of as they were really nice and accommodating for me. I don’t understand how that even equates to my situation. Because it was sold to me like this, I’ve had this car for two months this happened like

I'm retracting my review of 5 stars. No way these jerks put a new battery in. For the last 2 weeks I had to jump start my car and finally took it to reputable mechanic in Fayetteville. I bought the car less then 3 months ago. No way the "new" battery they supposedly put in would die in less then 3 months. You people suck.

This is more of advice on how to deal with buying used cars in general as I've bought many throughout my life, but I will add my review for this place as well. There are two kinds of used car dealerships, the ones who want to establish a good working relationship with you and keep you coming back years down the road, and the ones who are more money hungry and only concerned about quick sale, maximizing profit and then doubt they'll see you in future but don't really care. The car we purchased from these folks was bought at an auction and had no repairs during our first test drive (which is common for car dealerships, nothing wrong with that), the difference between good ones and bad ones is the level to which they inspect the car, tune it up for you after you pay the deposit. One word, transparent. Each step of the way you are kept in the loop as much or as little as you want. I had 6 days to get a new car and I had clear expectations and requirements for my next vehicle. Eric and Ricky listened, asked open ended questions and gave feedback. No surprises and there was clear communication. All in all a win. Worth stopping in if your in the. market for a car.
